Group Offerings

I facilitate experiential and therapeutic groups and cirlces that bring together psychology, somatic awareness, and spiritual practices within a supportive community space. Her groups are designed to help participants reconnect with their bodies, intuition, and inner wisdom while being witnessed by others on a similar path.

My approach integrates trauma-informed psychotherapy, somatic practices, nervous system regulation, and energy awareness with reflective and experiential exercises. Groups often explore the connection between emotional, physical, and energetic wellbeing through practices such as meditation, gentle movement, guided reflection, and intuitive awareness.

Many of my groups are inspired by natural cycles, including the lunar cycles and seasonal transitions, helping participants connect more deeply with rhythms of rest, release, and renewal.

All groups are trauma-informed, inclusive, and client-centered, creating a grounded space where both psychological insight and spiritual exploration can be supported safely.

Experiential Energy Practice Groups

These groups explore the subtle energy body through guided experiential practices. Participants are invited to gently notice and experience energetic awareness, intuition, and inner guidance while remaining grounded in somatic and therapeutic frameworks.

Lunar & Elemental Circles

Small group gatherings that honour the lunar cycles and the elements as guides for reflection and personal growth. Circles may include intention setting, meditation, ritual practices, and elemental reflections that support emotional processing and renewal.

Women’s & Womb-Centered Circles

Spaces designed for women to reconnect with their body wisdom, intuition, and cyclical nature. These groups often explore themes of embodiment, identity, boundaries, creativity, and reconnecting with the sacred feminine and womb-centered awareness.

Somatic & Nervous System Regulation Groups

Groups focused on helping participants better understand their nervous system and trauma responses while building tools for grounding, emotional regulation, and body-based healing.

Teen & Youth Expressive Arts Groups

A safe, creative space for teens to explore their feelings, stories, and identities through art, movement, and expressive practices. Each session blends experiential exercises with group connection, helping young people build self-awareness, confidence, and resilience—all while having fun and discovering their unique voice and with a nature connection component.

Stained Glass Workshops

Stained Glass workshops is a creative group experience where participants come together to design and assemble stained glass pieces, individually or as a group project. The process of working with color, light, and form naturally engages the unconscious mind and encourages collaboration, creativity, and reflection. Creating art together can reduce stress, strengthen connection, and foster problem-solving and communication in a supportive environment. These gatherings are well suited for corporate teams, community groups, youth programs, and creative collectives seeking meaningful and engaging shared experiences.

Land Acknowledgement

I offer gratitude to the lands and waters that hold this work. This practice takes place on the traditional territories of the Mississaugas of the Credit, the Anishnabeg, the Chippewa, the Haudenosaunee, and the Wendat peoples, and on land covered by Treaty 13 and the Williams Treaties. Tkaronto has long been a gathering place for many nations and remains home to diverse First Nations, Inuit, and Métis peoples today.

I honour the original stewards of this land and the teachings of balance, reciprocity, and respect for the earth. I also give thanks to the teachers, elders, and mentors who have guided my learning in healing and ceremony.

May this work remain in right relationship with the land and serve the wellbeing of the next seven generations.
