About
Tammy Lynne

_O2_4459.jpg

I am a trauma-informed Registered Transpersonal Psychotherapist (Qualifying) working at the intersection of psychology, spirituality, and embodied healing.  I support individuals moving through trauma, life transitions, identity shifts, and spiritual awakening while helping them reconnect with their inner wisdom and sense of alignment.

My approach integrates traditional psychotherapy with experiential and intuitive practices and dreamwork. I draw from Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), Somatic Experiencing®, Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP), Brainspotting and Hypnotherapy, and Jungian approaches while supporting nervous system regulation and deeper mind–body awareness.

Sessions are offered virtually or in-person at:

Fascia Collective | 811A Gerrard St East, Toronto

Oma Chiropractic & Wellness | 1 Munro St, Toronto, ON M4M 2B7

“The way that I understand it, dreaming is nature naturing through us. Just as a tree bears fruit or a plant expresses itself in flowers, dreams are fruiting from us."

- Toka-pa Turner

“The dream is the small hidden door in the deepest and most intimate sanctum of the soul, which opens to that primeval cosmic night that was soul long before there was conscious ego and will be soul far beyond what a conscious ego could ever reach.”

Land Acknowledgement

I offer gratitude to the lands and waters that hold this work. This practice takes place on the traditional territories of the Mississaugas of the Credit, the Anishnabeg, the Chippewa, the Haudenosaunee, and the Wendat peoples, and on land covered by Treaty 13 and the Williams Treaties. Tkaronto has long been a gathering place for many nations and remains home to diverse First Nations, Inuit, and Métis peoples today.

I honour the original stewards of this land and the teachings of balance, reciprocity, and respect for the earth. I also give thanks to the teachers, elders, and mentors who have guided my learning in healing and ceremony.

May this work remain in right relationship with the land and serve the wellbeing of the next seven generations.
